She tried to fit me in as soon as possible, but the part needed to fix the fridge had to be ordered which was expected -- as I have a much older fridge. So they gave me a two hour window in which the fridge would get looked at and an estimate taken, which took 10 minutes. The repairman, Daryl, gave me a timeline on when the part could be in and again offered a window of when he could be in to fix it. The whole repair took less than an hour.
